Confused? You’re in the right place.
A “green badge” is a badge held by private sector employees who are cleared by the government to access certain information (Confidential, Secret, Top Secret).
Nope! We’ve figured out a business model that lets us use crowdsourcing, along with the management skills of a few members of our team, to do the bulk of the work that professional recruiters generally do. Because of that, we can afford to pay out high commissions to our members!
Absolutely. Anyone can sign up and make money with Green Badgers-- just share the job listing to your social media followers, and if one of them happens to be a green-badge-holder, you’ll still get the full commission for their recruitment.
Of course! Green Badgers was built so that anyone can use it to become a green badge recruiter.
Even professional recruiters can benefit from our service, since we take all of the hassle out of the recruiting process. All you have to do is submit a candidate’s information, and we’ll take care of the scheduling and logistics to see that candidate through the hiring process.
We currently don’t support a candidate search platform, but we’re working on it! Sign up for our newsletter for updates.
The hiring of a direct referral (a candidate you submit, or someone who clicks your social media post) will net you the largest percentage of their salary, about 8%. Indirect referrals will still earn you money, though not as much. See our pricing structure for details.
Our employer partners pay us 90 days after the employee’s start date. We will pay the recruiters their commission via direct deposit in less than 15 days after we receive payment from our employer partner.
